Previous: Run Through the Colorado Roster
No. 50 - Frank Umu
6-foot-4, 280-pounds
Defensive End
Redshirt Sophomore
Littleton, Colo.
Heritagae H.S.
After playing just 18 total snaps on the defensive line in 2016, Umu is set for a much bigger role this fall. He was named the most improved defensive lineman for his performance during spring practice. He will be in the rotation at defensive end, likely at the left defensive end spot behind Leo Jackson.
No. 49 - Davis Price
6-foot-2, 190-pounds
Kicker
Sophomore
Evergreen, Colo.
Evergreen H.S.
Price stepped in as a true freshman and had a strong year. He was 4-of-6 on field goal attempts, 26-of-27 on PATs, and had five touchbacks on 14 kickoff attempts. Price's first collegiate field goal attempt? A 54 yarder that sailed through the uprights against Oregon State. After Diego Gonzalez went down in the Michigan game, the Buffs relied on Price and Chris Graham. On the spring game depth chart that CU released, Price and Graham were 1a/1b as to who was the starter.
No. 46 - Trent Headley
6-foot-2, 225-pounds
Outside Linebacker
Senior
Littleton, Colo.
Columbine H.S./Metro State
Headley previously attended Metro State in Denver, but he decided to transfer to Colorado and walked on the football team in 2015. Headley dislocated his shoulder last spring, which knocked him out for the 2016 season.
No. 45 - Jacob Stoltenberg
6-foot, 230-pounds
Linebacker
Redshirt Freshman
Sugar Land, Texas
Clements H.S.
Stoltenberg, a walk on linebacker, is the son of the late Bryan Stoltenberg, who passed away in 2013 after complications due to a severe car accident. The elder Stoltenberg was an first team All-American center for the Buffs as a senior in 1995. He played in the NFL from 1996-2000.

No. 45 - Tanner Grzesiek
5-foot-10, 200-pounds
Running Back
Senior
Colorado Springs, Colo.
Classical H.S.
Grzesiek walked on at CU last year and did not see any game action. He dressed for the Colorado State and Utah games, however. He was listed as the No. 3 running back on the CU spring game depth chart.
