Nos. 75-70

Nos. 69-63

Nos. 62-57

No. 56 - Tim Lynott

6-foot-3, 300-pounds

Offensive Lineman

Redshirt Sophomore

Parker, Colo.

Regis H.S.

Lynott had a fantastic redshirt freshman season for the Buffaloes in 2016. He started 13 games at right guard and was named to the USA Today First-Team Freshman All-American team. Lynott will be an anchor on CU's offensive lineman for years to come.

No. 56 - Jase Franke

6-foot-3, 280-pounds

Defensive Tackle

Redshirt Junior

Camarillo, Calif.

St. Bonaventure

Franke has seen action in 22 games in the past two seasons and started in one game in 2015 against Washington State. Franke seemed to have made big strides during the spring, is a frontrunner to start at nose tackle along with Javier Edwards this fall, and could see more time at defensive end this season as well.

No. 55 - Brett Tonz

6-foot-3, 285-pounds

Defensive End

Redshirt Sophomore

Peoria, Ariz.

Centennial H.S.

Tonz played mainly on the field goal/PAT team last season after redshirting in 2015 as a freshman. We figured that Tonz will see more time as a sub on the defensive line this year but will mainly play special teams.

No. 52 - Leo Jackson III

6-foot-3, 275-pounds

Defensive End

Redshirt Senior

Decatur, Ga.

North Atlanta H.S./Foothill College

Jackson took more of a backseat role in 2016 after starting ten games in 2015, but with the Buffs starting defensive line off to their next endeavors, the Buffs will need a big senior year from Jackson. He was listed as the starting left defensive end in Colorado's spring game.

No. 51 - Bryan Meek

6-foot, 210-pounds

Linebacker

Senior

Niwot, Colo.

Niwot H.S./Air Force

Meek transferred from Air Force to Colorado during the spring semester of 2015. He joined the football program for the 2016 season and dressed for the UCLA game. Meek did not see any game action. Meek played for the Air Force baseball team in 2014.
