BOULDER-- Loss after loss after loss after loss. Now, these aren't the losses in the record but rather the amount of losses Colorado Football is taking this year on their roster. As spring football approaches a new season begins which means more people are going to have to step up this season and contribute more. I'm going to list my five guys that I think will have more of a contribution this year, starting with number five, Juwann Winfree.

No. 5 Juwann Winfree

Last season, Winfree was on his way to having the best camp out of all of the receivers until he went down with a torn ACL. After sitting out the entire season, Winfree is on his way back to playing this season and having an instant impact for Colorado. Winfree, will be one of the biggest receivers Steven Montez will have next year at 6'3'' 205 lbs, don't let his size fool you, though, he has great speed and amazing hands. During camp last year I doubt he dropped many passes, the practices I watched he didn't drop a single pass. With a gunslinger like Montez under center Winfree is going to have a big year. His freshman year at Maryland he caught 11 passes for 158 yards and two touchdowns, after transferring to Coffeyville Community College he had 55 receptions for 837 yards and seven touchdowns; he had four 100-yard games in averaging 15.2 yards per catch. Winfree is going to be fun to watch next season if he can get fully recovered and stay healthy during the season.
