Previous Outlooks: Defensive backs | Linebackers

Who's Gone?

George Frazier, DE

Leo Jackson, DE

Timothy Coleman, DE

The Buffs lose their leading tackler along the defensive line in Jackson, who recorded 60 total tackles and a team high 5.5 sacks and 11 tackles for loss. Jackson will certainly be missed as the bright spot on an underwhelming DL last year... Coleman played in ten games last season as a reserve. He had seven solo tackles on the year in 118 snaps from scrimmage, with two passes broken up and four third down stops, three of latter against Northern Colorado... Frazier was mainly a blocking tight end but did play some defensive end. He saw 147 total plays and recorded 11 tackles and a sack. He was a true warriors for the Buffs for four seasons and his leadership will be missed.
