Going into his junior season, he was lightly recruiting. But now, Allen (Texas) running back Brock Sturges is starting to blow up on the recruiting front.

The 5-foot-10, 195-pound 2018 prospect has a long list of offers, but Colorado, Arizona State, and Iowa State are his lone Power Five Conference offers. He does hold notable Group of Five offers from Boise State, UCF, and Houston.

The Colorado Buffaloes are one of his recent offers. CU already has a running back commitment in Max Borghi, but it seems that the Buffs are looking to take a second running back in the 2018 class.

"I followed coach Chiaverini [on Twitter] and after the [2016] season, we started talking a little bit," Sturges said. "He said he'd check me out this spring, and this past Tuesday, he watched me practice. He told me to give him a call after practice. He pulled the trigger with an offer and told me that he wanted me to be the last running back they take in 2018."
