Since taking over at Colorado in 2013 the Buffs have been a dismal 3-25 in conference play. However, with their recent 3-1 start beating Oregon at Autzen Stadium and going toe to toe with Michigan in week 3, it's clear MacIntyre and his staff have arrived.
