He's coaching from his heart. His passion about this program and the kids is evident. What 4th Year Colorado Head Football Coach Mike MacIntyre has done has not been easy. Since taking over at Colorado in 2013 the Buffs have been a dismal 3-25 in conference play. However, with their recent 3-1 start beating Oregon at Autzen Stadium and going toe to toe with Michigan in week 3, it's clear MacIntyre and his staff have arrived.

O-Line and D-Line, that is the way to attack. Now what got us through that game was your uncommon character. You're never say die attitude because you’ve been to hell and back. (Tears in his eyes) You got me? “Yes sir, the team responds.” Remember God’s always with you when it’s tough and God is always with you when it’s good. He carries you through and you just keep stepping. What is our goal? The team responds, “PAC 12 Championship!” On and off the field, this is just one game, but boy was that one game fun!
