Washington recruits coming to Boulder
On Thursday, Colorado is hosting a prospect camp that will be headlined by four prospects from the state of Washington, who play for the Pacific Northwest based 7v7 program named Team FSP.
Team FSP is run by Tracy Ford, who played college football for the Idaho Vandals, and also is the CEO of the Ford Sports Performance Facility in Bellevue, Wash.
CUSportsNation.com caught up with Ford to get his insight on his recruits that will be in Boulder.

Rundown: Starling holds several offers, and the lone Power Five school to offer is Oregon State. Starling fits the mold of a big outside receiver that CU is looking for the in 2018 class, so with an impressive performance, Starling could land an offer from the Buffaloes.
Notes from Ford: "He has been in the shadow of Daniel Arias as far as recruiting this off-season but will be a legit Power Five Conference player. He has the size, speed, and athleticism that you want to see in PAC 12 receiver. He will probably end up with a handful of other offers by the end of the camp circuit and is being recruited by UCLA, Oregon, and San Diego State and will attend all of their camps this summer."
Rundown: Anderson also holds several offers, but he has not received the all-important first Power Five Conference offer. Colorado is looking for a 2018 tight end, and the Buffs will have their eyes on Anderson today.
Notes from Ford: "He has the size, speed, and attitude to be a impact player for a power five conference team. He's also being recruited by UCLA and Oregon and will attend both camps this summer. He will be a kid that will end up playing for a Power five Conference team."
Rundown: Arias is a big time target for the Buffaloes, and we'd imagine that Darrin Chiaverini would be ecstatic if Arias committed during or after the visit. Colorado is likely to take one more wide receiver recruit, and Arias might be that guy.
Notes from Ford: "No. 1 WR in the state of Washington - long, fast, and knows how to high point and take the ball from defenders. He has the potential to be an all-conference style player for a Power Five Conference school."
Rundown: For the most part, Putney has been flying under the radar, but he will get his chance to impress the Colorado coaches during Thursday's camp. Air Force, Army, Hawaii, Idaho, and Montana State have offered Putney thus far.
Notes from Ford: "Putney is a big, physical, and athletic in the box safety. He's a great open field tackler and posses good ball skills. He has incredible upside and has the mind set to be a great player in Power Five Conference and is being recruited by TCU, USC, and Oregon State. He will attend all campus camps and most likely will pick up one or two Power Five Conference offers by the end of the summer."
