From: Lancaster, Texas

Stats from last year: 142 tackles, 22 sacks, 32 tackles for loss, 115 QB hurries, 1 blocked field goal, 8 caused fumbles, 6 fumble recoveries(stats recorded from his D-end posiiton despite schools running away from him all year)

AZ: Who do you have offers from at this point?

LD: UCLA, LSU, Florida State, Oklahoma, Texas, A&M, SMU, TCU, Notre Dame, and Alabama. That is all I can think of right now.

AZ: Do you have an offer from Colorado?

LD: No, but their coach told me that they would be offering me shortly.

AZ: Which coach from Colorado is recruiting you?

LD: Coach Wilson is recruiting me. He came by the school about two weeks ago.

AZ: Do you have a top 5 you can give me?

LD: No, that is a tough question for me at this point. Really I am going to consider every school that offers me. I am wide open to all of them at this point. If I were going to name a few though I would just say some of the top schools that have offered me so far.

AZ: Do you have a childhood favorite?

LD: I am just a fan of the game. I just love the sport, period. If there is a good game on, I am very intrigued. So I can't really say that I like one team inparticularly. I just love the game.

AZ: What is it you like about Colorado?

LD: Well I visited Estes Park last year for an FCA(Fellowship Christian Athlete) gathering. One of the Colorado coaches noticed me there. The state was very nice. That altitude is different. What I like about the school so far is that Chris Wilson is a great recruiter and they tell me I will have a very good opportunity there as a freshman.

AZ: What camps, if any, do you plan on attending this summer?

LD: I will go to a few of the in-state camps.....TCU's one day, A&M's, Texas. For the out-of-state camps I can only go to one(Texas state law)so it will be between Oklahoma, Florida State, and LSU.

AZ: What are all of the schools recruiting you as?

LD: Just any position in the front 7. I have schools recruiting me for Linebacker on down to Nose Guard.

AZ: Would you like to stay in Texas or leave the state?

LD: I will go to the school that is best for me no matter where it is. I am going to take all five of my visits before I decide on anything.

AZ: How are your grades?

LD: I have a 3.7 GPA and have already passed my SAT with an 820. But, I am going to take it again on June 2nd.
