WINFREE VS THE PAC-12

Here is how Winfree's offensive grades and advanced statistics stack up to other WRs in the Pac-12 that played a minimum of 35 targets (41 WRs qualify for this).

Overall season grade: No. 25

The PFF "Drop Rate" shows who hangs on to catchable balls most often, the bottom line on the receiving end of the passing game.

TOP GAME OF THE SEASON

Winfree's top game of the season was against Arizona, according to Pro Football Focus. He caught eight passes on nine targets for 101 yards against the Wildcats in CU's ninth game of the season. He had 23 yards after catch and six of his catches went for CU first downs.

OUTLOOK ON WINFREE

Unfortunately, Winfree's Colorado career wasn't what it could have been. He missed the 2016 season due to an ACL injury, and played mostly in a reserve role in 2017. He caught 21 passes for 325 yards and two touchdowns that season. This past season in 2018, Winfree missed four games in the middle of the season and never really got into a groove outside of the aforementioned Arizona game. Winfree is a very good talent at receiver with great size, speed, and hands, and he should be able to make an NFL team. The upside is definitely there.
