Stats from last year: Missed the first five games with an ankle sprain then came back and had 689 yards on 52 carries the rest of the season.
AZ: What position are most schools recruiting you for?
AB: Running Back and Cornerback, but mainly Running Back.
AZ: What is your current top 5?
AB: LSU, Texas, Colorado, Oklahoma State, and Oklahoma.
AZ: What is it you like about each of those Universities?
AB: LSU is my favorite. I like them mainly because I like the way they do things there and I like the campus. I like the Texas campus and also the Longhorns' West Coast Offense. I like Colorado's West Coast Offense and their tradition of Running Backs with guys like Rashaan Salaam. Same thing with OSU, I like their Running Back tradition. Oklahoma I like because they have great coaches. Coach Stoops is a great coach.
AZ: Who do you have offers from?
AB: LSU, Texas, OSU, Houston, A&M, Colorado, and there are a few others.
AZ: What are your thoughts on leaving the state for school?
AB: I have no problem at all leaving the state. I just want to go to the school that has the best academic program for my major.
AZ: What's your major going to be?
AB: Business Management.
AZ: How are your grades?
AB: I have a 3.3 GPA and I took the PSAT and got a 980. I am going to take it again this summer.
AZ: What coach from Colorado is recruiting you?
AB: I am not too sure. I think it is their Running Backs coach.
AZ: Who would you say is recruiting you the hardest?
AB: Colorado, LSU, and OSU. Those are my three favorites.
AZ: Have you ever watched CU play?
AB: Oh yeah, I watch the Nebraska-Colorado game every year. That is my favorite game. That is another reason I like Colorado is because they play in big games. This year I am going to take a trip to Colorado for that game too. The Running Backs coach told me he wanted me to visit that weekend so I am going to.
AZ: Are you going to attend any camps this summer?
AB: I just got back from the Texas camp this morning and feel I performed well. I am also going to attend a few other mini-camps I think.
