Changes coming for tight end group
It is early in spring camp still so it is hard for players and coaches to say much about how the offensive play calling will change under Darrin Chiaverini. Most have been pretty tight lipped about it all so far.
Today, junior Chris Bounds shed a little light on some possible changes for the tight end group, however.
"Definitely a lot more flex. We're out moving around more and we're seeing the ball come our way a little bit more as well. It's definitely good for our position. We love that kind of stuff," said Bounds.
How much more the tight ends are used in the passing attack during the 2018 season is still an unknown, obviously. It does sound like the opportunity will be there for them to have more of an impact though.
CUSportsNation will have more on Bounds and the tight end group later this week so make sure to check back for that.
