Josh Jynes had an eventful spring.
The 2018 DeSoto (Texas) interior offensive lineman committed to Colorado, landed an offer from West Virginia in late-May, and his head coach, Todd Peterman, had his contract renewed despite his future at DeSoto being in limbo.
"My spring was pretty good," Jynes said. "Our team is getting better and we're building chemistry. With all of the people that are leaving, we have people stepping into their roles and new leaders are stepping up. We're going to be fine."
Jynes committed to Colorado in April, continuing the pipeline that the Buffs, led by co-offensive coordinator Darrin Chiaverini, has established.
"It's great," Jynes said of his commitment. "It's the same now as how it's always been - same attitude, same relationship, everything. It's been great."
