Peoria (Ariz.) Centennial cornerback Dominique Hampton narrowed down his list of schools to five.
Arizona, Arizona State, Colorado, Oregon State, and Washington made the cut for the 6-foot-2, 185-pound three-star recruit.
Hampton raved about his recent visit to Washington, but he still plans to make a visit out to Boulder before he makes his final choice.
The in-state schools will also be tough to beat for the Buffaloes, but CU has an advantage that the other schools might not get. It's that Colorado is likely to get Hampton's last visit before he makes a decision.
