Colorado is hosting their annual BBQ recruiting event, which falls on July 22 and is the biggest day of the summer for CU football recruiting.

Elk Grove (Calif.) Cosumnes Oaks athlete Kahlef Hailassie is expected at the camp/

Hailassie is listed on his Rivals.com recruit profile as a wide receiver, but the CU staff likes him at cornerback.

He has been keeping in touch with head coach Mike MacIntyre, defensive backs coach ShaDon Brown, and his area recruiter, offensive line coach Klayton Adams.
