Plano (Texas) Prestonwood Christian Academy safety Jeremiah Lewis is a 5.7 three-star that has received double digit offers since February.
One of his recent offers came from Colorado as the Buffs offered him a scholarship on Tuesday. Interestingly enough, it seems that the Colorado staff was under the impression that they already gave Lewis the offer, but that information wasn't relayed to Lewis. That might seem odd, but it is not that rare that something like that happens.
"They thought they had already offered me, but I guess something happened where I didn't get the message," Lewis said. "They stopped by my school to check up on me and a couple of our players. They let me know that I had the offer.
"I think it was a good thing. It's a blessing to know that a variety schools are pleased about the way I play. It's a good way for me to get my name out there on the West.
