Colorado just landed a big time commitment on Friday as Houston (Texas) Clear Lake offensive tackle Frank Fillip announced that he was committing to the University of Colorado.

Fillip, a 6-foot-6, 275-pound offensive tackle, visited Colorado on Tuesday and was blown away by his visit. He was leaning towards staying in the state of Texas for his college football career, but after a stellar time in Boulder, Fillip decided that CU was the best fit for him.

The three-star recruit is Colorado's second offensive tackle commitment, joining Tennessee's Walker Culver.

Colorado has seven commitments in the 2018 class, which sits at No. 47 nationally.
