Highlands Ranch (Colo.) safety Ray Robinson was Colorado's first commitment in the 2018 class, making that pledge back on October 23, 2016. He received interest from other schools throughout his recruiting process, but Robinson bleeds black and gold. Unfortunately, he had an injury that didn't allow him to play a single down of football during his senior season. Robinson could play safety, linebacker, or play the versatile "Buff backer" in D.J. Eliot's 3-4 defense.
