If Colorado Football Coach Mike MacIntyre is going to get a contract extension from the University of Colorado, January is the month this is going t go down. MacIntyre led the Buffs to a 10-4 season record, winning the PAC 12 South, leading the Buffs to a Bowl Game for the first time since 2007, and won by our count 9 Post Season Head Coaching Honors, most recently the 2016 Dodd Trophy Coach of the Year on December 30th of 2016. If he does not get an extension this month, that does not mean it’s not going to happen, but offering up a new contract and more money following the season is the appropriate thing to do, at least in our opinion.
