Rundown: The Buffs would take commitments from any of the 2019 quarterback prospects listed in the article and call it a day. Evans is a guy that Colorado offered back in May of 2017, but he jumped on a chance to commit to Arkansas. With their coaching changes, he backed off his commitment to the Razorbacks, and the Buffs are back in play. Evans led Palmer Ridge to an undefeated 2017 season, winning the 3A state championship in December. He threw for 3,627 yards, 42 touchdowns, and seven interceptions.
