6-foot-4, 290-pound offensive lineman Austin Johnson announced on Tuesday that he would be staying home for his college football and academic career.

The Highlands Ranch (Colo.) three-star 2019 recruit is the Buffaloes' third commit of the class, joining fellow in-state recruits Joshia Davis and Ty Evans.

Johnson chose Colorado over offers from Arizona State and Colorado State. He received the offer from the Buffs this past summer.
