1. All went as planned

Back in December for the early signing period, the Buffs had an eventful day.

Colorado landed a signee out of left field in junior college defensive tackle Janaz Jordan, lost defensive end Darius Robinson at the 11th hour to Missouri, and gained commitments and signatures from linebacker Marvin Ham and cornerback KJ Trujillo.

This time around for the February National Signing Day, things were more uneventful, but that's not a bad thing. Coming into the day, the only prospect who we were waiting on a decision from was four-star cornerback Kaiir Elam, and as expected, he signed with Florida.

The Buffs added 17 prospects in December and gained nine more signees today. All nine were committed to CU coming into the day and were expected to sign. It's always a big sigh of relief though when the prospects do actually put pen to paper and the recruiting process is over and no other schools can come in to poach.
