Bruin target eyes the west

Bruin target Maxwell Tuioti-Mariner (6-3.5, 300, 5.0) from Corona, Calif., is up to six written offers and looks to be one of the more heavily coveted lineman out west this cycle. In the early stages of his recruitment, the Corona native is looking out west for his college years. He is also deciding whether or not to take his Mormon Mission.

Tuioti-Mariner was named first team all-league, county, CIF, and state as a junior after recording 105 pancake blocks.

The offensive guard also started at defensive tackle. He has written scholarship offers from Arizona, Colorado, Hawaii, Ole Miss, Oregon, and Oregon State.
