Will Jones follow his brother?
When the Iowa coaching staff signed Texas wide receiver Anjeus Jones this winter, they also started the recruiting process with his younger brother, Jyaz Jones, a promising safety in the Class of 2014. The 6-foot, 178-pound Jones does not have a scholarship offer from the Hawkeyes yet, but says he would be very interested in playing college football with Anjeus if the opportunity arises.
"I would love to go to Iowa," said Jones. "Especially because my brother is going there, but also because they have a really good coaching staff and run a family oriented football team."
"When Coach Woods and some of the staff were down here to recruit my brother, I got to know them and really like their program," he continued. "I could see myself going there."
