Sealby wins state title

It has been quite a month for Reid Sealby. First, he received a late scholarship offer from Iowa and signed on to play football for the Hawkeyes and then this past weekend saw all of his hard work on the wrestling mat pay off with a state championship at heavyweight. We caught up with the 6-foot-4, 250-pound Sealby to talk about the state title, his future with the Hawkeyes, and much more.

Q: Can you talk about winning a state title this past weekend? I'm sure it was a dream come true for you wasn't it?

SEALBY: Yeah, that's the best way to put it. Throughout high school, wrestling has kind of been my primary sport, so my ultimate goal has always been to win a state title and this year everything just kind of fell into place. At the tournament, I was just feeling good throughout the whole weekend and I knew I could do it. It was just the best feeling in the world and I couldn't be any happier.
