Ivery still looking at SU
As it stands right now Syracuse has two defensive ends ready to sign for Syracuse in February, but the Orange continue to look for more. One of the defensive tackles left on the list for Syracuse is Dequan Ivory.
"I am still looking at Syracuse. I have not set up a visit right now. I will be doing visits later."
Right now Ivory has good thoughts about the Orange and they are the same thoughts that many prospects have when they start talking about Syracuse.
"Syracuse is a good school and they have a nice football program."
Ivory, 6-foot-1, 310 pounds understands football and the ups and downs of a football season.
"Their season looks like it has been going good. They have struggled here and there, but that is just football and you have to play through it."
One item that just happened for Syracuse will not factor into the recruitment of the Sunshine State product.
"Syracuse moving to the ACC will not have an impact on how I view Syracuse."
Almost all of the Orange coaches have a recruiting pot in Florida and in this case Ivory is being looked at by Jimmy Brumbaugh for the Orange.
"I am being recruited by Coach Brumbaugh and he is a cool guy."
Right now there are still a lot of schools in the mix for Ivory and he is yet to schedule any visits.
