Rivals 250 LB will camp at SU
Brookline (Mass.) Dexter linebacker Abner Logan is one of the top 250 players in the class of 2012 and Syracuse is looking at the prospect. Right now Logan does not have a Syracuse offer, but that could change soon.
The Orange have not been on Logan long, but they are making a quick impact. The charge from the Orange is being led by Dan Conley for Syracuse.
"Coach Conley seems like a great guy. I have done my research on him and from what I have seen he knows what he is talking about."
Where exactly does Syracuse stand when it comes to an offer or have they offered?
"No, they have not just yet. I'll either know in a couple of days or when I go to there camp this June."
Right now there is still time before camp and many prospects have not finalized their summer plans, but Logan is indeed ready to camp with the Orange.
"I am all set to camp at Syracuse this summer."
As it stands right now Logan does not know everything about Syracuse, but what he does know at this time he does like.
"I think it's a fine University, they provide everything I require in a school that I will consider and it's very hard to beat what they have to offer."
As it stands Syracuse needs linebackers and Logan can fill a position on the outside or play inside.
"Syracuse is looking for me to play either spot. I think I bring both the power to make big tackles and plays as well as the speed to cover faster running backs."
There are no favorites right now for Logan and he has no timetable for a decision.
