Thomas not letting injury slow down recruiting

Aldine (Texas) Eisenhower has long been one of the top talent-producing schools in the Houston area. The Eagles have alumni on rosters all across the country. It should be no surprise then that the school has one of the top junior defenders in the Lone Star State.

Safety Devonte Thomas made a splash a year ago on varsity as a big defender. The 6-foot-2, 197-pound Thomas has a similar build to former five-star Eisenhower safety and current LSU Tiger Craig Loston. However, his junior year has not gone like he had hoped.
