Wyoming went south of the border to extend an offer to Jake Hanks, a linebacker and fullback from Fort Collins High School. Hanks has received two offers to-date from Wyoming and Tulsa. Hanks is 6-foot-2 and 230 pounds and appears to be flying below the radar but peaked the UW staff's interest.
