Texas has been good to Oregon State in recent years and the Beavers hope they struck Lone Star gold once again. Thursday Coach Riley picked up a verbal commitment from LaMarque (Tex.) LaMarque athlete Kendall Hill.

While the commitment seemed to come out of left field to many Beaver fans, Coach Brasfield had been in contact with the 6-foot-3, 175 pound receiver/safety for some time.
