Recruiting roll continues with Redding
After making two trips to Tennessee in the last six weeks, Columbus, Ga. wide receiver Kiethon Redding knew he wanted to be a Vol. But before he made things final he wanted to see one more place to make certain of his decision.
The 6-1, 190 pound wide receiver camped at Florida State earlier this week--in addition to stopping in for camps at Tennessee and Alabama--and earlier this afternoon, Redding called the Vols to let them know he wanted to wear the orange and white.
Redding's latest trip to Knoxville this week helped put Tennessee over the top, but his commitment wasn't just the result of his most recent camp experience.
For Redding it was the relationships with the Vol staff and the belief of those close to him that Tennessee was the right fit.
Redding said he was finished with the recruiting process and will now focus on his senior year and being a Vol come February.
Rivals.com ranks Redding as a three-star prospect.
