Jacob Bailey has informed Peegs.com that he has committed to Indiana. The 6-foot-4, 275-pound offensive lineman from Indianapolis (IN) Cathedral H.S. is the fifth in-state player to commit to IU, and the 11th one overall in the 2012 recruiting class.
