One position that appears to be a priority for the 2012 Gophers recruiting class is wide receiver as they have cast a net far and wide in their recruiting search. One player that has apparently caught the eye of the coaching staff is Brandon Sheperd out of Chesterfield (Mo.) Parkway Central. Sheperd talked about getting his Gopher offer.
