When it comes to football recruiting, family ties can always help. Such may be the case for Louisville, as they court Banneker H.S. (Ga.) prospect Larry Jefferson (6-5, 218), who talked to Cardinalsports.com and explained what gives UofL the edge at this point in his recruitment.

Jefferson, who is spending the week in Louisville on spring break with family members who live there (his brother and sister), visited the school early in the week after taking in a scrimmage over the weekend.
