Covington (Ga.) Eastside High strongside defensive end Sheldon Rankins got word this weekend that he received his ninth offer, and it came from a traditional Midwest power.

With eight additional verbal tenders on the table Rankins said that North Carolina, Mississippi State, Louisville, Stanford and now Nebraska are currently sticking out to him.
