Colorado head coach Jon Embree and his staff have been the first to offer a number of top prospects in California and Texas.

One of their new offensive line targets for the Class of 2012 is Stephon McCray. The 6-foot-3, 301-pounder from Fresno (Calif.) Bullard has drawn interest from nearly every program in the Pac-12. But so far, only the Buffaloes have stepped up with an offer.
