Michigan head coach Brady Hoke and his coaching staff are making their mark in the state of Ohio early in the 2012 class. One of the prospects they are targeting is Akron (Ohio) Buchtel safety Jarrod Wilson, who spoke with Michigan coaches on Wednesday.

Wilson's coach at Akron Buchtel is a name very familiar to Michigan fans. He is former Wolverine running back Ricky Powers, the 13th all-time leading rusher in Michigan history.
