Ian Thomas had one goal when participating in the U.S. Army All-American Combine, and that was to earn an invitation to next year's U.S. Army All-American Bowl. The 6-foot-1, 187-pounder performed well enough to earn all-combine accolades, but he'll have to wait a while to find out if he achieved his goal. In the meantime, several top programs are watching this speedster.
