While it is still early when projecting the top prospects in the Class of 2011, names are definitely beginning to emerge. Wide receiver Ian Thomas of Reistertown (Md.) Franklin is definitely one of these, as he is putting together a junior season that will surely make him a name to remember in the coming months.
